Terms & Conditions

Applicable to all quotations, orders and shipments.

Quotations

All quotations are indicative and valid for the period stated. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of proforma invoice.

Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed proforma invoice and agreed payment terms (advance, LC or as mutually agreed).

Goods are supplied to the agreed specification. Buyers may appoint a third-party inspection agency at their own cost.

Shipments are executed on the Incoterms stated in the contract. Transit times are estimates and subject to carrier schedules.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, port congestion or regulatory action.
